Mollyrides Policies

Cancellation Policy Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a $50 fee.

• No-shows without any notice will be charged the full amount of the service.

• Exceptions: Flights cancelled by the airline or trips affected by inclement weather are exempt from cancellation fees.

Driver Wait Time Policy Drivers are scheduled to arrive at your requested reservation time and will wait for 15 minutes at no extra charge.

• After the initial 15-minute window, a fee of $5 will be applied for every subsequent 15-minute period.

• Exceptions: Cancellation fees are only waived if the trip is canceled due to an airline canceling your flight or due to inclement weather. If your flight is canceled and you reschedule for a different time on another airline, the 24-hour notice policy still applies to the original booking.

General Terms

• Minimum Fare: Our base rate is $50 per trip.

• Age Requirement: Riders under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a guardian.

• After-Hours: Please call or text for rides before 5 AM or after 10 PM to ensure driver availability.
